I run a small proofreading・editing company that subcontracts work to publishing companies. The kind of people I want are quick-witted, flexible, accommodating, and hardworking. Even if I don't formally advertise a position, I can ask the head of the magazine department at the parent company to introduce me to the best person for the job because he is very open and helpful.
