1. Quadrilateral Security DialogueThe Quadrilateral Security Dialogue is an informal military and strategic alliance between the United States, Japan, Australia and India that is maintained by talks and by a series of formal bilateral alliances between member countries. The dialogue was initiated in 2007 by then-Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe, with the support of then-U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney, former Australian Prime Minister John Howard and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
