1. North West Agriculture and Forestry University​North West Agriculture and Forestry University, officially Northwest A&F University, is national agriculture university in Yangling, Shaanxi Province, China. The university was established in 1934 based on an act drafted by Mr. Tai Chi-Tao, General Yang Hucheng and Mr. Yu Youren in 1932. A&F was one of the top national universities in China during World War 2 but experienced serious brain drain in 1990s due to undeveloped local economy.
