1. Miwa, KyotoMiwa, Kyoto was a town located in Amata District, Kyoto, Japan. On January 1, 2006, Miwa, along with the town of Yakuno, also from Amata District, and the town of Ōe, from Kasa District, was merged into the expanded city of Fukuchiyama. In 2003, the town had an estimated population of 4,313 and a density of 47.64 per km. The total area was 90.53 square kilometres (34.95 sq mi).
