1. Sheng GuangzuSheng Guangzu (born 1949) is the Party Chief and railway minister of the Ministry of Railways, replacing Liu Zhijun who is facing allegations of corruption. He was formerly the head of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China. He initially held several lower positions in the Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China, and then began to move up the ranks of the GAC starting in 2000.
