1. Yasunori Katōis a fictional character, the protagonist of the Japanese historical fantasy series Teito Monogatari, created by Hiroshi Aramata. Since his first cinematic appearance in 1988, Yasunori Katō has gone on to become a well known and well respected archetype in Japanese popular culture having inspired a number of clones and homages in various media to emerge from Japan, such as literature, manga, anime, video games, and film.
