1. Lincoln (2012 film)Lincoln is an upcoming 2012 biographical drama film directed by Steven Spielberg, starring Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln and Sally Field as Mary Todd Lincoln. The film is based on Doris Kearns Goodwin's biography of Lincoln, Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln. Filming began Monday, October 17, 2011 and ended on December 19, 2011. The film is scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2012 by DreamWorks through Disney’s Touchstone distribution label in the U.S.
