1. Rina Chikano, is a member of the Japanese idol group AKB48. Chikano debuted with AKB48 as a 5th generation research student in 2007. It took Chikano longer than usual to get promoted to a member's position when all other research students had either quit or been promoted; making her one of the last remaining research students of her generation. On January 20, 2009, it was announced that Chikano would be transferred to a new agency, Itoh Company Group, a production company focusing on young idols.
