2. Haru KobayashiHaru Kobayashi was the last female Japanese blind musician called goze. She lost eyesight of both eyes at age 3 months. She started training of goze at age 5 and started her job at age 8 and continued till 1978 travelling all over Niigata Prefecture except Nishikubikigun and travelling in parts of Yamagata Prefecture and Fukushima Prefecture. In 1978, she was credited to be the retainer of traditional goze art. In 1979, she was given Medal with Yellow Ribbon.
