1. Amur CossacksThe Amur Cossack Host (Амурское казачье войско in Russian), a Cossack host created in the Amur region and Primorye in the 1850s on the basis of the Cossacks relocated from the Transbaikal region and freed miners of Nerchinsk region. Their resettlement began in 1854. The first Cossack stanitsa (Khabarovskaya) was created in 1858. A decree on the creation of the Amur Cossack Host was issued in 1860.
