ノトスティロプス
1. NotostylopsNotostylops ("South Pillar Face") is an extinct genus of South American ungulate from the Eocene. In life, Notostylops would have resembled a dog-sized rabbit and is suspected to have browsed on low-growing plants. Notostylops was a generalised animal, likely adapted to a fairly wide range of ecological niches. Its tall skull housed rodent-like incisor teeth. Notostylops was about 75 centimetres (2.46 ft) long.
