1. Xavier FlorencioXavier Florencio Cabré is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer for UCI ProTeam Team Katusha. He rode in 2009 and 2010 for Cervélo TestTeam, after he spent the previous three seasons with ProTour team Bouygues Télécom. In 2010, Florencio was supposed to start at the 97th Tour de France, but was withdrawn from the team's roster because he had "been using a substance containing ephedrine to treat a saddle discomfort. " This violated the team's internal policies.
