シキミ酸デヒドロゲナーゼ
1. Shikimate dehydrogenaseIn enzymology, a shikimate dehydrogenase is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction: shikimate + NADP 3-dehydroshikimate + NADPH + H Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are shikimate and NADP, whereas its 3 products are 3-dehydroshikimate, NADPH, and H. This enzyme participates in phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis.
