1. Jiang ChaozongJiang Chaozong (1861–1943) was a Chinese General and an acting Premier of the Republic of China in 1917. While stationed in Shaanxi, Huang Chaoyong sent word to Jiang Chaozong in Nanzheng asking for military help in crushing an uprising by the Gelaohui. Jiang had none to spare, but contacted the head of the Yang Xian militia. His previous position wasChief of the Beijing Commandery and replaced Wu Tingfang's as Premier from Jun 12-24. He dissolved parliament by signing a mandate.
