The platforms are connected by a concrete footbridge - a typical product of the Southern Railway concrete factory at Exmouth Junction. There is a manned level crossing at the south end of the station. There is a separate car park (free) to the NW of the station. The station is manned for part of the day. There is no passenger-operated ticket machine at this location.
