1. Fergana ProvinceFergana Province is a viloyat (province) of Uzbekistan, located in the southern part of the Fergana Valley in the far east of the country. It borders the Namangan and Andijan Provinces of Uzbekistan, as well as Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. It covers an area of 6,800 km. The population is estimated to be around 2,597,000, with over 71% of the population living in rural areas. Fergana Province is divided into 15 administrative districts.
