1. Cell (Dragon Ball)is a fictional supervillain in the Dragon Ball universe created by Akira Toriyama. The character was created as a main antagonist in the second arc of the series, after the studio responsible for the publication of the material he wrote was dissatisfied with Toriyamas previous concepts for enemies to the main cast of the series. In the anime and manga, Cell is an artificial life form created using cells from several of the main characters in the series.
