1. Seiko Instruments, or SII, is a Japanese company, which develops and commercializes semiconductor, micromechatronics, and precision timepiece technology. It is one of three core companies of the Seiko Group. The company manufactures and sells electronic components, precision parts, watches, analysis and measurement instruments, machine tools, printers, network items, information systems and services, IC dictionaries, etc.
