2. Shigeki MoriShigeki Mori was a Japanese businessman and politician, mayor of Neagari, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, father of a former Japanese prime minister Yoshirō Mori. He was the initiator of the Monument of Friendship between Russia and Japan in Irkutsk, Russia. Over 30 years he maintained the twin city relations between Neagari and Shelekhov, Russia. According to his will, part of his ashes were buried at a cemetery of Shelekhov on 1990.
