Okay so basically how do they contextually differ. HELP

制作 1st sense: work(of art) e.g. a film or a book
製作 1st sense: to manufacture or produce something in general (e.g. a factory making a product)

They both seem to be quite similar for their second sense, and for some reason also look quite similar.

As for 作製, no idea what the difference to 製作 is here, if there is one. Maybe they are just messing with us...
A native speaker could possible give a more concise answer

Written in Japanese, this page explains well. 作製 is good to describe something tangible such as a figure doll, etc.
