Is the ruby correct? I never heard any use of "ikeikemen" before.

Ruby on Jisho.org isn't necessarily aligned correctly. The source database does not actually contain the information for that, it just has fields for kanji and for the reading. Then here on Jisho.org an algorithm tries to fuse the two together. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

In any case, the reading of the full word is just いけめん
