Jisho.org does actually provide links to Wikipedia articles automatically, but they're separate entries (because the regular translations are from another source). If you search for that word like https://jisho.org/search/月見 you will get https://jisho.org/word/51c3bf15d5dda7ee330006ba as the second search result with links to English and Japanese Wikipedia pages.
