Best small portable electronic dictionary

I love 'jisho' but I also need other features. What's the best small electronic dictionary?
I love my old Casio Ex-Word XDB7300 but it's starting to wear out.
My requirements: (1)Dictionaries for Japanese, English, Chinese (J-J, J-E, E-J, C-C, C-J, C-E) both ways. (2)Kanji dictionary. (3)Japanese names. (4)Japanese encyclopedia. (5)Pronunciation (NHK or other). (6)Stroke order and script. (7)Largest possible number of words. (8)Write on screen.
I've probably left something out, but these are the features I use most.
Would love to have traditional Chinese characters for the Chinese part, but that's getting hard to find.
If there's a dictionary that's outstanding in all areas but lacks Chinese, I can live with that.
It's very hard to find details (list of exactly what is loaded or available) online for specific dictionaries – mostly vague promotional stuff.
I will really appreciate all suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Ashitaka, those are just apps. The OP was asking for electronic dictionary recommendations.
