Probably because the inflection tables are generated automatically for the various verb classes, but くれる is a special class verb with a unique inflection for imperative. Instead of what you would expect for an ichidan verb, which would be くれろ, it's くれ.
So, the system is probably set to not generate tables for these special class verbs with exceptions, and the creator will have to do it manually at some point.
