What is the word for a Florist Worker

I am currently in my Japanese class at 2:40 pm and doing an activity where I must talk about a Florist what is the word for Florist worker.

花屋 or 花屋さん can refer to either the business or the workers. If you absolutely want to specify the worker, you could say 花屋の店員 or 花屋の店員さん. But as I said, if specifying is not necessary, it's not strange to use this word to refer to the workers.
