Incorrect kanji reading

I am not really sure because I'm still a beginner but from my understanding 十五名 isn't read as じゅうごな but as じゅうごめい

So, most kanji will have a kun or On-reading. The kun reading is used when a kanji is by itself. meaning there are no other kanji. The On-reading is used when a kanji is grouped with another kanji.

@Molonger but you're not saying that this should be な, right?

@Molonger so from my understanding since it's 十五名 it is right to read it as じゅうごめい right?

Yeah it should be read「めい」, though I wouldn't say because it's in a compound, rather because 「名(めい)」 is a counter word for individuals (while「名(な)」is not).

Thank you for pointing this out. I have corrected it in the source database, and it should show correctly on Jisho in about a week.
