No specific reason. Feel free to add to the relevant source databases and Jisho.org will get updated automatically after a while. Jisho.org is not a dictionary corpus, just a viewer/search website that combines several data sources. You can find more information in the footer of every site and on the frequently asked questions page.
The database you're probably looking for to add these entries is called JMdict. You can do this via the JMdictDB project website: http://www.edrdg.org/jmdictdb/cgi-bin/edform.py?svc=jmdict&sid=

Words ending with 田 (でん)
Recently, I came across two words which end with 田 (でん)i.e. 陸田 and 隠田. Both of these are not listed on Jisho. Is there any reason for this peculiarity?
