I dont understand the Meaning

Tokyo Revengers song use this word and the meaning has no sense for me does anyone can explain about it with more details?

It's a little difficult to explain, but it's the action to do the sound チッ with the tong when you "need to do something that you don't want to do". In japan it's common with close people.

It's very similar to a dental click ⟨ǀ⟩ in IPA. It is also spelled "tut-tut!" or "tsk! tsk!" in English. It's often used in disapproval of something. If you search for it on YouTube etc. you can easily find many examples.
