If you're talking about the sentence breakdown you get when you put that entire sentence into the search box, then yes, it incorrectly parses the はいけません part. It's done using machine learning, so it's not guaranteed to be correct. I haven't made any changes to that code in years though, so it should operate with the same accuracy as always.

wrong identification of phrases
recently, Jisho seemed a bit less precise?
not sure if anything changed but... the precision problem is evident in this phrase:
「この木の枝を折ってはいけません」
Jisho thinks「はいけません」is an inflection of は?
