Why there're not words with "ゐ"or"ゑ"?

I haven't seen a word with them.

Sound shifts rendered them obsolete. The sounds they represented no longer exist in modern Japanese, and the shifted enough to sound like modern い and え that when they reformed Japanese spelling in 1946 they just switched anything that used them over to い and え. You may still see them in things that are intended to evoke a sense of being from before the spelling reforms.
