Can anyone help me to form the below sentence using this word (第)
" lesson 14 is difficult to understand"

Using 第 to make "lesson 14" would be 第１４レッスン, which is more literally like "14th lesson"

"Difficult to understand" would be わかりにくい, which is a combination of わかる (to understand) and ～にくい, which is a suffix that attaches to a verb to express that it's difficult.

So putting them together, you have 第１４レッスンはわかりにくい.
