I'm guessing the irregular nature of ある probably meant it couldn't be programmatically filled in, and maybe it's just on the to-do list. For instance, the negative plain form of ある is ない, and thus other negative forms are based on inflections of ない alone, etc.
In the meantime, there are plenty of conjugation websites that will give you much more information than the Jisho inflections pop-up. Jisho doesn't include all inflection even when it's there.
Most verbs have both the inflections and collocations, so it's not strange for collocations to be there.

where're the inflections?
I wanted to see the て-form of 有る, but instead it has "Collocations" where there's normally the "inflections" tab, which is a pain, since none of the other inflections are there to go off.
