You can just click the link on the side of the entry (under "Links) which will take you to the JMdict page and you can make the suggested change there.

Imporant second meaning of 'director' of a company
The translations are correct, but only in the general 'officer of a group' context. When talking in the context of a company, 'director' is the correct translation, not 'staff member', 'officer', 'official', etc. This without this meaning listed, this can easily lead to bad translations of modern materials.
