「~とか」Question

I'm reading よつばと! and I encountered this dialogue.

いいかよすば知らない人について言っちゃだめだぞ

いいものあげるとかお父さんが呼んでるとか言われても

その人はわるいひとかもしれないぞ

My question is related to the second line. If I were to write this sentence, I would do it as:
いいものあげるとかお父さんが呼んでる言われてもとか
Basically the 「~とか」moved to the end of the sentence.

Are both sentences correct?

The とか are listing things that could be said (言われて), so they have to attach to the things that could be said, not the verb for saying. So I don't really see how your version would work.

I see. Well the reason for my version is I translated it as

[somebody gives you something] とか
[somebody tells you I'm calling for you] とか

Anyway, thanks for the reply! I need to study more

to reply.
