discussion about 車洗

Hello guys, I am making a big effort to understand this meaning: 車洗 , this has nothing to do with cars at all in the context, is antique martial art actually, any clue?

I'm not getting any results on google at all. You're gonna have to come up with proof it means anything remotely related to it.

Yeap, Google neither worked for me. well it is hard to say but it is a title what I hav, and in it is related to Spacial agents in Japan, like Ninja or similar.

Reminds me of Karate Kid, "Wax on, wax off".
That's martial arts related, fits the description [car] and [wash]
