This is a discussion about 二人

Two little sisters

How would you say I have two younger sisters? Would it be 私は二人の妹がいます? Is that the correct way of saying it? Or is it different?

It is indeed correct. But in my opinion, adding watashi ha is a bit long for japanese daily conversation so I would use
妹は二人がいます

You would actually say (私は) 妹が二人います.
You indicate the number of people after not before. 二人の妹 sounds like “Those two people’s little sister, if that makes any sense. Hope this helps!
