The usage of 愛している in this sentence is not suitable. It represents a deeper love reserved more for people. Even so, it is not often said among Japanese people although one might hear it in movies or drama.
Your sentence can be written as: 女性はクラシック音楽が好きです。For more emphasis on the "like,"
女性はクラシック音楽が大好きです。
