If I thinked it was shinjuu instead of shinchuu, it's because even with Jisho's translation, it didn't seemed very clear to me...
But now, I far more understand the meaning of this expression. Thank you, the article was pretty interesting.

In a game I'm playing, there is a conversation between four people in which this word appeared but...
It doesn't make sense to me, if the meaning is double-suicide...
And, judging by the reaction of the others characters, there is apparently a double-meaning implied...
Can someone help me understand ?
Here is the part of the conversation where it show up (I changed names for letters, it's simplier):
"A-ほう...、自ら出迎えに来るとは良い心がけではないか
B-偶然です...!!
C-これはB君。
...心中お察申し上げます。"
... Is it supposed to mean that they are both commiting "love-suicide" because they are, like... clumsy in their way of talking to each other?
