1) Jisho has no direct control over the definitions, you'd have to take it up with the JMedict folks
2) Essentially the same definition (but in Japanese) appears in the Kojien, so it sounds like you've got a lot of work cut out for you in changing this definition.

Inappropriate definition
This is totally inappropriate definition of 従軍慰安婦 especially the part in the parentheses starting with “esp.” This is a Japanese demonization definition of the word created by Koreans who hate Japanese, Secondly 従軍慰安婦 is an incorrect word. There was no 慰安婦 who were working for Japanese military. They were working for the owners of the brothels who were mostly Koreans. Thirdly they were not slaves. They were being paid about thirty times the salary of Japanese soldiers. More over they could quit any time, some women quit after making enough money to build three houses.
