It would be useful indeed. If you are thinking of such a list in order of acquire and review vocabulary, I suggest adding a word into your favourite SRS tool such as Anki or Memrise whenever you look up it in jisho for the first time and keep reviewing it after that. It works very well to put that word into your long term memory so you wouldn't need to look it up again here.
@SakuraMei, for the sake of fun, I decided to write a userscript that enables this capability. It can be installed via Greasemonkey or Tampermonkey:

It has some limitations (for example some words might be listed with ID values different than the actual Kanji/Kana spelling). Please feel free to give me feedback. If you find it useful, I can find some time to improve it.

Saving words / Favourite words
I think it would be very useful to have the possibility to save some words. I mean, once you search a word to be able to save it and have a list of saved words in your profile information. Thank you.
