This is a discussion about 血眼

How do you use this word?

I noticed that 血眼 is also used as in "doing something in a frenzy" so I tried searching for examples with that specific meaning. However I only found "血眼になって捜し回る".

Can we also use it with other verbs? Could we say "血眼になって勉強する" or "血眼になって運転する"?
(I think "血眼になって運転する" is the perfect way to describe Cruella's driving in 101 Dalmatians when she was chasing the puppies)
