This is a discussion about 川端

Recognizing 川端 As Yasunari Kawabata.

川端 is only recognized as "River Bank" on Jisho. Ironically, the example sentence for 川端 as 'River Bank' doesn't mention a river bank, but mentions Kawabata. I think this is confusing. There should be a separate entry that recognizes Kawabata and gives him the example sentence currently used for 'river bank'

You can find his entry if you do a focused name search, like this: http://jisho.org/search/川端%20%23names

The example sentence should still be fixed, though, yes? It doesn't match the sense it's linked to, and it's also missing furigana for Yasunari.

Yeah the example sentence for "river bank" doesn't make sense.

Yeah, I agree. The sentence was marked as a good example of the word 川端, but that doesn't make sense with the way the entry is now, so I have removed that connection in Tatoeba. It should reflect in Jisho in a week.
