Isn't this an incomplete sentence?

What is the sentence talking about in English? There doesn't seem to be any subject and it just seems to be an incomplete sentence.

The Tatoeba translation of this really isn't very good. It's not explicit as what suits what or whom, but it's a complete sentence in Japanese, the subject and object would be inferred by context. Most likely it would be "It really looks good on you", but it could be talking about "him", "her", "them," etc. However, 似合う doesn't necessarily mean "look good on" either, so this sentence could mean "They make a good couple" (or "They look really good together", "They're a perfect match for each other").
You can take "It's a really good match." as a general context-less translation
