I don't think their audio files are available for public use. We have a long standing wish to record our own sound for both words and sentences, which would be preferable to external sources as we then could open source license them.

Audio from languagepod101.com
Jisho.org could do with audio for more words; not many currently have audio. WWWJDIC uses JapanesePod101's audio files, of which there are many more than those that are currently on Jisho.org. The URL syntax is:
http://assets.languagepod101.com/dictionary/japanese/audiomp3.php?kana=&kanji=
replacing with the kana, with the kanji. kanji= is not required for words like うん (as in "yeah") which have no kanji, but is required for all other words.
It would be nice to see this implemented with the ability to easily download the files without having to use developer tools.
