Hmm, Jisho does add it's own furigana, but it should only happen when the Tatoeba sentence doesn't have furigana already. Just took a look at the file that Tatoeba provides and there is no furigana in it for this sentence.
The second problem is that Jisho assigns incorrect furigana. Fixing this is high on my todo list.

The furigana for 新居 is wrongly labeled as にい (it should be しんきょ)
Searched Jisho with "新居 #sentences" and noticed this mistake in all instances.
Does beta Jisho add its own furigana? I looked up the same sentence in Tatoeba (http://tatoeba.org/eng/sentences/show/145289) and the furigana there is correct.
