2. Matsudaira Ietada (Fukōzu)Matsudaira Ietada was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku period through late Azuchi-Momoyama period, who served the Tokugawa clan, and became a daimyo in 1590. Ietada was the eldest son of Matsudaira Koretada, the head of the Fukōzu branch of the Matsudaira clan. Ietada served Tokugawa Ieyasu from a young age, and fought in many of Ieyasu's campaigns. Upon the latter's entry into the Kantō region in 1590, Ietada was granted the 10,000 koku fief of Oshi.
