2. Hidaka, KōchiHidaka, Kōchi is a village located in Takaoka District, Kōchi, Japan. As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 5,917 and a density of 131.84 persons per km². The total area is 44.88 km². Omura Shrine in Hidaka holds a late Kofun period sword designated as a National Treasure and two Heian period wooden masks of Bodhisattva which are Important Cultural Properties. Major products made in Hidaka are sugar tomatoes and imo kenpi.
