I'm sorry I forgot to specify the sentenceTT it's まごころ リーフ泳ぐ

This is an idea I have came up with, not sure if it's wrong: Maybe まごころ there means, that there is sincere care about/for the "you" of the song, and リーフ泳ぐ means that there are tea leaves now stewing or to be stewed.

Need help with translating
I'm trying to translate a song from Japanese to English and came across this sentence and got really confused, so I came here. For some context, here are the sentences that came before and after the sentence:
ため息
ひとつふたつ
元気がないですね
まごころ リーフ泳ぐ
紅茶はいかがでしょう?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
