If you just mean that the entry on the second link has a note about the potential form, that's there for many verbs.

If seen in the potential form 瞑れる, it is commonly a typo of 潰れる
Just a note if you see it in a sentence where it makes no sense. The typo (I'm just assuming it's a typo) is common enough that it's noted on Goo.
