It's probably because this is an automatically generated entry from Wikipedia, not something that comes from the other dictionary files that Jisho uses for other data. And I imagine there's no functionality to pull the reading from the Wikipedia entry currently. If you find ones like this that are just a Wikipedia entry, you can click the link to see the info there. It's ちぶ apparentlly.
